马萌芽，1991年12月出生，女，江苏泰兴人。2014年6月毕业于中国矿业大学煤及煤层气工程专业，获工学学士学位，2017年6月毕业于中国矿业大学地球化学专业，获理学硕士学位，2023年6月毕业于中国矿业大学地质学专业，获理学博士学位。
